Hoopoes are colourful birds found across Africa, Asia, and Europe, notable for their distinctive crown of feathers. Bumbu Toys have created the sweetest little replica Hoopoe Bird, with black and white feathers across its wings and tail, an orange crown with black speckles, and a long and elegant black beak.
Being hand-finished, each of Bumbu's beautiful offerings is unique, with slightly different shaping, wood markings, grain, and knots showing through any dye or paint finishes. Please note they are not varnished nor lacquered, leaving the timber with a beautiful textural feel.
